StrechCordz with paddles is a resistance-training tool designed to improve stroke, power, and stamina, by imitating the motion of the hand in water. The kit includes two paddles connected to two 4ft/1.2 m tubes and a combination mounting loop. Available in five resistance levels, each one corresponding to a colour: silver offers the least resistance, blue the most.
