Your order will be ready within one business day, and you will be notified by email or phone. You can then pick it up at the following address:

Important: It is impossible to modify an order or make an exchange on the spot. Orders can only be picked up. Please have some form of identification with you when you visit. Please also note that if you wish to authorise a third party to collect your parcel on your behalf, you must notify our customer service department in advance by e-mail, indicating their first and last names. The person will need to show proof of identity when they visit.
