You can choose the address that suits you best: home, office, or a friend's house. Your order will be delivered by Canada Post or Purolator with an attempted hand delivery. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you and you can pick up your order at the designated pick-up point. Unfortunately delivery is not available outside Canada.

At All Tides, delivery is free for orders over $100* across Canada**. Under this amount, a fixed fee of $12.99 applies. Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Contact customer service if you have any questions before placing an order.

* After rebates and before taxes. Our free delivery policy does not include oversized and overweight products. These are identified in the product sheet on our website.

**Unfortunately, in some areas of Canada, free shipping is not available. If the first half of your postal code is listed below, you cannot receive free shipping to your address.

If you live in the Montreal area, you can pick up your order directly at our offices. Your order will be available within one business day and you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

You can then pick it up at the following address:

Important: It is impossible to modify an order or make an exchange on the spot. Orders can only be picked up. Please have some form of identification with you when you visit. Please also note that if you wish to authorise a third party to collect your parcel on your behalf, you must notify our customer service department in advance by e-mail, indicating their first and last names. The person will need to show proof of identity when they visit.

Delivery is generally made within 3 to 7 working days in Canada. In the event of a prolonged delay in your delivery, please contact us within a maximum of 30 days from the date of dispatch at the following address contact@alltides.com. We will then check the progress of your parcel with the postal services.

All our shipments are tracked. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail. If you have a customer account, you can also track the progress of your order in your personal space.

Returns

Please read all sections before returning.

You have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return and return your items. To be accepted, a returned product must be in new condition and must be returned with the packaging, labels and hygienic seal, if applicable. An item that is visibly worn, without labels, without hygienic protection and/or visibly unsaleable will be refused.when trying on your swimming costume, please keep your underwear on and handle the product with care.

Items purchased as a final sale cannot be returned.

Items in the "Clearance" category are a final sale: they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

A competition shirt cannot be returned without authorisation. All competition shirts are inspected prior to shipment to ensure that there are no defects or tears. We will only accept jerseys in perfect condition, with no marks or damage.

Return by mail
- Access the return form
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and a pre-paid return label will be emailed to you
- Print it out, enclose it with the package and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post office!
- Once we have received your returned order, and after a full inspection, a refund will be issued
- A delivery fee of $9 + tax will be charged for all returns.

Upon receipt of your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Items sent without a return authorization will be refused.Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment are non-refundable. However, we will gladly refund your return shipping costs if you are returning an item due to an error on our part or if we have determined that the product is defective. Please note that any personalised merchandise cannot be returned. Please note In the event that an item is missing from a returned order, the value of the missing items, including gifts with purchase or other included items, will be deducted from the total credit amount.

Free returns to All Tides offices
You can drop off your returns in person at our offices, provided that the goods are returned in their original condition. Before coming to return your package, you must make a return request and arrange a date with our customer service department. We do not process exchanges or refunds on site. Returned items will be refunded within 10 working days.

Refund of shipping costs with Paypal
Did you pay for your order with Paypal? You may be eligible for a refund of up to $30.

If you refuse to take possession of your package upon delivery, it will be returned to the All Tides warehouse in Montreal. The delivery costs for this return are charged to the company. The same applies to unclaimed packages after one or more delivery attempts and after a certain number of days waiting at the post office counter. These parameters vary according to the delivery company selected. Here is a link to Canada Post's explanatory page on this subject. Packages delivered to the wrong address by a customer with an incomplete address will also be returned to All Tides.

With the exception of a package refused because it was damaged in transit or because of an address error not caused by the customer, All Tides is not responsible for postal charges, customs duties or other taxes related to the return of a shipment to its warehouse.

If we refuse to accept the return of your items or if you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address and we must reship your order to you, Canadian customers will be charged $25 (plus applicable taxes) to cover the cost of reshipment.

If your order is returned to us as "Return to Sender" and you no longer wish to have it reshipped and would prefer a refund, we will deduct $15 (plus applicable taxes) from your refund to cover the cost of returning orders to Canada.
