Like a travel gym for the pool

Way better than foam barbells! These provide adjustable resistance in both directions not just against buoyancy. I have used my set (bought here at alltides for an excellent price) in aquasize classes 4 or 5 times a week for over 3 years. They pack a lot easier than foam barbells so I have taken them on vacations to many hotspots. You will get quicker fitness results with these.

Great product, albeit a little pricey in Canada, compared to buying them elsewhere. Fantastic for aquatic work out. I replaced my foam resistance weights with these, because these give me a way harder workout The fact that you can increase and decrease the resistance, is genius.
